I have to update my review, because since then last one, Roam reached out to me and offered me a free burger the next time I went. (This was in 2023) But I've gone many more times in 2024 to avail myself of the rewards perks and to treat people from out-of-town. So I think that's a testament to the restaurant. Sure, it's not as cheap as a Big Mac, but it also isn't a Big Mac. Granted, I always go at night after traffic dies down and the restaurant isn't super busy. The workers are always friendly and I enjoy coming here. Roam is the most common place I'll ask my husband for if I'm craving take-out, but the price is what keeps us in check. I usually like the seasonal burgers, except the winter one. I like the different shakes and sodas that are seasonal. I'm hoping they'll offer a passionfruit smoothie someday for the summer!

Gosh! Where to begin. This spot was an absolute gem. The meat was quality. The burger was delicious. The fries were delicious. Our server was so polite and attentive. In addition the spot was not super busy and had really nice decor. Great spot. We will be back for certain!

The burgers tasted amazing! Especially my Sunny side Up burger was bomb.com! I would definitely get it again but without the chili sauce that it came with. Other than that it was delicious! My boyfriend loves his spicy chicken sandwich but he only wished it was a tad bit spicier. The diet cane soda taste a little different because of the cane sugar but it was not bad after a few sips. The russet potatoes were also delicious and nice and crispy. The Oreo shake was the cherry on top! Do creamy and just enough sweetness! I would definitely come back and order again The nice gentleman was very kind and got our order out to us super quickly. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxed. Not too crowded which is nice and enjoyable.

Big fan of roam burger and definitely deserves more than 3 stars! This is a type of place that I would not travel more than 20 minutes to (as there are plenty of solid burger joints around the bay area). But if you are in the area, it is definitely worth a visit! Here's why: Atmosphere: clean with a rustic upscale vibe. The cleanliness and the atmosphere is 5/5. There are a couple outdoor tables that are nice on a warm summer night and there is a fabulous bar area with a couple of TVs. Service: Order at the counter so not much in the way of service. Overall, staff are super friendly and accommodating. Food/Cost: The food to me is 4.5 stars. Everything is fresh and made to order. You can definitely tell the quality difference compared to other order at the counter fast-food type burger joints. They have a unique array of add-ons and the fries and seasonal veggies are always a must! Helps me feel healthier! Where the overall rating gets knocked down is the price. $25 (including tax/tip) for a burger and fries is steep and prevents me from ordering on a consistent basis. TLDR: Fresh ingredients that come with a premium. You can taste the difference compared to a typical fast-food burger but at a higher cost.

Popped in for an early dinner on a Saturday and it wasn't super busy. This is an order at the counter and then they bring it to your table kind of place. You have to get your own water, utensils, and condiments place. The Classic Burger with pepper jack cheese - at first glance, having the cheese at the bottom of the burger was throwing me off. The burger was good but nothing special. The patty needed more seasoning as it was bland. Zucchini Onion Haystack - my favorite. They're light, crispy, and salty. I've never had fried zucchini so thin before and I have to say I really liked how light and airy it was.
